Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you can request a return within 30 days of placing your order.
Return requirements:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the package. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, please contact us within 2 business days with photo evidence. We will then offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The following items are excluded from returns:

Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Items without original packaging.

Returns requested more than 30 days after the order date.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs
If the item is not damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the return costs or issue a full refund without return if applicable.
