1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop shoppowertrim.de.
Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers residing in US.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The product display in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart.
You will receive an immediate email confirming receipt of your order. The purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include the applicable statutory VAT and free shipping within US.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout (e.g., Klarna, PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and more).
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within US usually takes 5–10 business days.
We offer free shipping on all orders within US.
In case of delivery delays, we will notify you promptly by email.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.

6. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
7. Address Change
Address changes can be made within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting our customer service.
After shipment, address changes are no longer possible.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, returns may be made in accordance with our Return Policy.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
If products are delivered with visible shipping damage, please notify us within 2 business days with photo evidence.
After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the damaged products.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
11. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
12. Applicable Law

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
