Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with PowerTrim™. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
    • Any item that is damaged or altered may not be eligible for a return.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@shoppowertrim.com
    • Provide your order details and reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
  4. Refund:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be processed as a store credit. Please note that all sales are final. You will receive an email with your store credit. If purchased as a gift, store credit will be issued to purcasher's email, unless an email is provided for gift recipient. If you have questions please reach out to customer support at returns@shoppowertrim.com. 
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please note that all sales are final.
    • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our returns process (as outlined in our returns policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Returning Incorrect or Defective Items:

    • In case you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. 
    • We will guide you through the return process and cover any return shipping fees associated with the issue.
