 At PowerTrim, we want you to receive your order immediately. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase and arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Your order will be shipped using FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the most economical option for the delivery destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

    • All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • In case of any delays or issues, we will notify you promptly via email.
  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard shipping worldwide!
    • Your order will be shipped using FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the most economical option for the delivery destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

    • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

    • Standard  shipping generally takes 5-10 days to arrive at the destination, depending on the location.
    • Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

 

Shipping Damage

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at shipping@shoppowertrim.com and provide pictures of the damage as well as information about your purchase (including order number). We will work with you to make sure you are taken care of and that your product is replaced or refunded.

International Shipping

PowerTrim ships to all countries in the world. However, due to customs regulations, certain items cannot be shipped outside of the United States. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us at shipping@shoppowertrim.com.

Customs Fees and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be imposed on international orders. PowerTrim is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs at the destination country. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your item, as well as your shipping address. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, please contact us at help@shoppowertrim.com to see if your order can still be canceled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PowerTrim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at shipping@shoppowertrim.com and provide information about your purchase (including order number). We will work with you to find a resolution for the issue.
